Hey guys,
If you're anything like me, you always have a hard time deciding what the heck to make for V-day/ or any day for that matter. Lucky for me I've gotten off easy the past few years with breakfast and dinner made by my man. *phewph!*
Anyway- check out this insanely easy, delicious pasta dish. oh...and if you don't make it tonight, make it sometime soon.

Really Easy Pasta...
You'll need:
- Package of Fresh fettuccine
- Package of mini grape tomatoes (cut in half)
- Package of Spinach
- Package of goat cheese.
Simply cook the pasta as directed on package with a bit of olive oil in the water. In the mean time place cut up tomatoes and spinach in a strainer. Once pasta is done dump it in the same strainer as additional ingredients (the steam will cook those bad boys). Transfer into a big serving dish and toss the goat cheese and pepper and woo-la! you've got dinner. Don't forget your vino of choice!
